Description

A lunatic who fancies himself a doctor (Larry Drake as Doctor Rendell Jr.), escapes from a loony bin, leaving a trail of bodies in his wake. He only has one thing in mind―revenge! That is, until he is distracted by a young teen (Holly Marie Combs as Jennifer) who has a faulty heart. Dr. Giggles can identify with this as his mother died of a defective heart. Dr. Giggles immediately starts collecting hearts to repair the ailing Jennifer. He uses a variety of means to dispatch the unwilling donors. While doing so he inflicts a plethora of useless platitudes on his victims. “Laughter is the best medicine.” “We are what we eat.”
