’s tireless efforts to secure a lasting peace, I am glad to announce the signing of today’s historic economic partnership agreement between the United States and Ukraine establishing the United States-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund to help accelerate Ukraine’s economic recovery. Ukraine isn't NATO and won't be NATO. BUT an attack on a US asset is an attack on the US.

It's a justification for protecting Ukraine without saying it and causing a US Russian conflict. Be happy about it. It's the best for everyone.
