He said this in his YouTube videos around 2014. The front offshore company exists but it's nothing more than a shell company registered at a clearinghouses with thousands of other registered business entities. Site was sold through in 2020 and trademarks were allowed to expire.

Elaine deleted my reply about Jason not being ALLOWED to sell the site to me as it was not his to sell.

He never replied to my offers for purchase other than to say the site is not for sale.

Imagine willingly running a website where you very obviously hate your customer base.

Despite his claims that it is private, this is clearly not true. There is another "silent" partner in the UK. All of the business registration info is publicly available despite claims to the contrary made by others about Jersey business registrations.

Business was originally registered in FL. Possibly also related to an earlier registration under Florida Internet Marketing.

He was also involved in a lawsuit concerning trademark infringement.

Oh, and he sued his neighbor for harassment, and lost.
