Their whole thing is appealing to anti-intellectuals who don't trust people who think and just trust their gut instincts.

Is this going to somehow stop local schools from teaching kids?
Is this going to somehow magically stop people from learning?

Or is it just going to shift the responsibility and cost to the local school districts where the parents have more control over what happens to their kids?

The DOE gets 280 billion a year budget, only 20% of that gets to the schools, the rest is spent on payroll and bureaucracy.
